Let me be the first to say that I am as skeptical to the practice of energy healing as anyone can be. I had no reason to believe that "energy healing" was real, nor did I feel particularly open to having this done. But, when I became sick and could think of no other way to find peace within my body, I turned to Katie after finding her information in my local coffee shop.

When I walked into the session, I knew something was going to happen. I can't describe how I knew, but I immediately felt at ease with Katie. Her healing begins by her placing her hands on parts of the body. In the first three places I felt nothing, but as Katie got to my heart, I felt something akin to a "cracking" sensation - not physically, but emotionally. The fear I had been holding regarding my sickness suddenly let loose, and I began to cry. Katie did not stop, nor did she ask me how I was. I knew that this was intentional, and I felt her let me have my experience as she went on doing her work. This was such a gift, because she did not try to control the situation, or me, but was there as a witness only, and I felt safe with her.

Afterwards, I felt free. I felt like, for the first time in well over a year, I could go on with a feeling of hope. No doctor could do this for me, no therapist, no family member or friend. I don't know exactly what happened, but I am grateful, and have every intention to continue regular healings to find what else will unfold.

When I first discovered what Katie offered in the way of pain therapy, I was a bit skeptical. I had just come out of the hospital from a serious staph infection that had attacked my left prosthetic hip, which had been replaced four years prior. After the hip was removed and infection treated, I began a four month, arduous, antibiotic regiment (shots, IV drips, etc.) before my final surgery. With a broken spirit and unable to walk without assistance, depression was my best friend. My pain was overwhelming, so I was ultimately more than willing to entertain any form of healing in hopes of finding relief.

I was surprised that there was next to no physical contact during my session with Katie, however, she still managed to address and relieve the pockets of pain in my body with her hovering hands. I felt relaxed and at ease. My anxiety washed away and the pain was manageable for the first time in a very long time. Katie also shared a message with me that "came to her” during our session. To this day, it is a meaningful, helpful reminder.

l absolutely recommend Katie’s services. I believe in order to receive the maximum benefit of her treatment, it is important you be open minded and accepting of her healing energy.

After my father died last year, I was experiencing a lot of difficulty processing the loss. There was a lot of history there, and it had been difficult to come to terms with him for much of his life. I feel blessed. I was so amazed at this particular form of energy work that Katie used on me for healing. I remember her doing a sweeping motion over my body during one healing, and afterwards having the incredible feeling of light energy and air, and no concerns within my body. Katie's healing, in my experience, is the real deal.
